A frame of foil hi-lights are applied around the face. Tiny weaves in a blonde tone will create sparkle and as it grows put there will be root outgrowth. That means the color itself will require little maintenance.
 How much to cut. Put the color where and how much. What will it look like. How long will it last? All these questions need to be answered before we go to work.
 Move the lights. Study the words, again. Take #110...ACTION!
